Fat Loss

Fat LossYou can’t reduce fat just from your tummy by targeting abdominal muscles with sit ups etc. Stored (adipose) fat deposit sites on your body are genetically pre determined and exercising will reduce fat from all storage sites on the body, not in one particular area. Unfortunately, the first place you started building up fat will also be the last place you will lose it from. Reducing you overall body fat levels is the only way to address your particular (genetic) problem areas.

Build Muscle

Muscle GainDon’t avoid squats if you want to get more muscular all over. Big compound multi-joint exercises like the squat stimulate the natural release of more growth hormone than any other exercise. Increasing the amount you can squat will also result in bigger arms!

 

Sports Performance

Sports PerformanceEach sport uses a specific mix of energy systems to fuel muscle activity (and therefore movement). You must analyse your sport and train the correct energy systems and muscle groups to optimise your performance.

 

Health

Health & FitnessIt is recommended that moderate daily activity for 30-minutes duration will be enough to maintain general health. However, three shorter 10-minute sessions a day will achieve the same health benefits and may be easier to achieve on a daily basis.

 

Hair

Wedding HairDon’t use conditioner on your hair before having a perm or a colour. Conditioners form a barrier on your hair and adversely affect these processes.
