15*, 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions with personalised expert exercise programs and inclusive nutritional advice to realise your health, fitness or sports performance goals. Periodised strength and conditioning programs also available.
* Please note that 15-minute bookings are either for brief advisory sessions (nutrition, technique etc) or for Unit One gym members (carrying out their own warm up / cool down) to conduct high intensity training or fitness/performance tests.
15*, 30, 45 or 60 minute Thai boxing sessions of tailored technical Muay Thai, padwork fitness or even sparring for everyone from complete novice though to professional fighter. These private sessions with European Silver Medallist, Pro Thai boxer and certified Thai Boxing instructor Don Heatrick guarantee rapid results.
